Ray
Brown has worked within many areas of the automotive sector, having held senior
positions within large dealership groups and organisations providing
product quality improvement training and application workshops to
automotive manufacturers and their suppliers.
Ray’s particular areas of expertise are in problem solving, value
analysis and quality system implementation.
At their request he has written courses and case study workshops
around these subjects for automotive manufacturers.
Ray has also successfully written and implemented both ISO
9001:1994 and ISO 9001:2000 quality systems within product manufacturers,
service providers and automotive retailers.
Ray has worked throughout Europe and North America and has been
accredited by Ford Motor Company to deliver Ford Technical Educational
Programme (FTEP) courses.

Graham Cripps has over 30 years experience in quality and general
management roles in the automotive, electronics and service industries. He
was instrumental in the achievement of ISO 9000 accreditation in three
organisations, including companies in central Europe. With a background in
manufacturing and design, Graham has many years experience in the
application and management of continuous improvement and quality
improvement strategies with an emphasis on planning. Graham’s experience
and hands on approach has enabled him to provide a unique edge to learning
with a fresh and flexible approach to training and consultancy. Graham’s
expertise has been in the areas of risk analysis (FMEA), the application
of engineering statistics (Reliability Engineering, SPC) and team building
and has written a number of courses that lend themselves to a flexible
learning approach. Graham has been accredited to deliver
Ford Technical Educational Programme (FTEP) courses.

Kevin
Challis has over 15 years experience in people development and training and is an
excellent communicator with international consulting
and training experience. He has designed and
delivered numerous training and development programmes both in the UK and
abroad. Kevin has enabled
clients to maximise the benefits of their major investment in Customer Relations
Management and has
worked on consultancy assignments with CEO’s & MD’s to identify
strategy, facilitating senior teams to develop vision and strategy and
advising on the implementation of training and development programmes.
Kevin works comfortably at all levels within both public and
private sector organisations, enabling middle and aspiring managers to
tackle the practical issues of working with staff and assisting front line
staff to give excellent customer service.

Mark Headford
holds a BSc in Economics and an MBA from Nottingham Trent University.
Having spent 13 years in the financial sector, he moved into the
manufacturing industry in 1991 to lead problem-solving teams in the
automotive and related services industries. His experience covers
manufacturing, transport, logistics, and warehousing.
He has successfully consulted with major corporations on the
implementation and maintenance of International Standards and Corporate
quality systems throughout Europe and North America and is an accredited
ISO 9000/ QS 9000 Lead Auditor. He
has extensive knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and Quality
Operating System implementation and is the author of a number of courses
on these subjects.

Allan Thomas' background and experience lie in electronic engineering, training and
consultancy. Allan served for
22 years in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (R.E.M.E) as
electronics engineer, specialising in telecommunications and radar
systems. He was an instructor
at the R.E.M.E School of Electronic Engineering for 4 years and, for the
last 5 years of his military career, was part of a joint services
reliability team. Since
retiring from the Army in 1990, Allan has worked in the automotive sector,
specialising in developing and delivering training materials in Value
Management, Process Improvements, Quality Systems and Reliability
Engineering. Allan has
recently designed and project managed a Culture Change program for a major
automotive client.

Bob West has extensive experience in and knowledge of, all production
functions, manufacturing engineering, production planning, stock and stores
control, purchasing, product design and development, engineering, services,
quality assurance, personnel, health and safety, factory administration and
sales order processing as well as the statutory responsibilities of a
Company Director. Much of his
knowledge was gained by visiting companies in Europe and the Far East to
further his awareness of best practice within industry.
Bob is accredited to deliver FTEP courses on behalf of Ford Motor
Company in the following methodologies: - Reliability and Maintainability (R
& M), Reliability, Process Control Methods, Global 8D and is the Lead
Trainer for Benchmarking. He
has been responsible for developing and delivering courses to Ford and its
suppliers. Bob has also advised
machinery-manufacturing companies on the implementation of QS-9000TE.
Bob holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering. |

Bret Andrews is
an accomplished training specialist with experience of working with people
from the shop floor to the boardroom. His extensive knowledge of problem
solving techniques allows him to facilitate “real problems” as well as being
able to effectively pass on knowledge in a learning environment. Bret has also
spent many years working in the sales & marketing arena, in particularly
within the financial sector where he benefited from continuous professional
development. He revels in the ability to impart his knowledge onto others in
a practical & effective manner, feeling comfortable working on a one to one
or group basis. Bret is also accredited to deliver Ford Technical Education
Programme (FTEP) courses.

The Support Team

Claire Snelling is our Operations Manager and is
responsible for Customer Support and the logistics needed to effectively run
our training courses and application workshops. As well as dealing with the
financial side of the business she controls the scheduling of all our
trainers and associates ensuring the right subject principle is allocated
for the particular subject being delivered. |

James Snelling is responsible for representing our
company. His experiences gained from serving 11 years within the Royal
Engineers has given him the ability to effectively communicate with our
customers and business partners at all levels. He also has experience in
engineering, gained whilst working for a pneumatic engineering company, both
in designing pneumatic circuits and applying the equipment to various
processes. James is generally the second point of contact after Denise, and
is capable of working very closely with our customers and business partners
in determining their individual needs and requirements. |
