Structured Interviewing A method for the interviewing and selection of new staff or the internal selection of staff that is formatted in such a way as to allow all interviewees to perform as well as they can whilst focusing on the needs of the job requirements. This can be run as a one day course discussing questioning techniques, how to make candidates feel at ease, how to construct a structured interview process and the metrics used. Course Description This one day training workshop enables the delegates to practice new skills learnt and to have a simple five-step process for the construction, planning and carrying out of a structured interview. Pre-Requisites Delegates are required to bring along to the seminar a sample job description or job profile for their own use and whilst there are no other formal pre-requisites for this workshop, experience of interviewing would be a distinct advantage. |
