Stress Management

Stress in the workplace has been a taboo subject for many years but in more recent times has become a more accepted subject of conversation. Stress can have physical, emotional and behavioural effects, all of which can affect an individual’s performance at work. We also need to be able to understand what causes stress and why for us to be able to reduce stress in the workplace.

Course Description

This one-day training workshop is an instructor lead event that encourages delegates to participate in discussions looking at the behavioural cycle and how this can impact on our stress levels at work and outside work. This course will provide delegates with simple strategies for dealing with identified sources of stress and provide them with some tools to help reduce the effects in themselves and others.
