Quality Improvement Tools

Quality Engineering is a term that often conjures up images of quality specialists  measuring and analysing quality performance. This course will provide an alternative view of an integrated approach to quality planning, measurement and continuous improvement that encompasses all activities of a business. The tools, methodologies and approaches discussed in this course are applicable in any business.

Course Description

Through a mixture of instructor led sessions and team exercises and an emphasis on team work, this intensive course covers a wide range of Quality and Engineering methodologies. It defines their purpose, the links between them, when and where they are used and how they support each other in a drive for continuous improvement.
