Quality Operating Systems (QOS) & Tools A Quality Operating System is a fundamental business operating process that plans and records how the customer's expectations are planned for and met. QOS addresses issues such as, customer expectations, key internal processes and events, their respective measurables, how to track the trends of these measurables, predicting downstream performance improvement and increased customer satisfaction. Course Description This instructor led course encourages delegate participation and explains the structure, purpose and methodology of a Quality Operating system. This course also discusses how to use the tools that support its implementation and reviews how and why a QOS encompasses all functions of an organisation, not just Production and manufacturing.
