Practical Problem Solving

Effective problem solving skills are a basic requirement for any job. Having an efficient means of identifying and eliminating the root cause and preventing recurrence whilst minimising the time off the job are the aims of this course.

Course Description

Through a mixture of instructor led sessions and delegate team exercises, this course uses a highly visible five step approach. Delegates will understand how any problem, from day to day variety to the more complex, can be resolved effectively.

Pre-Requisites

There are no pre-requisites for this course but a basic understanding of quality methodologies would be an advantage.
