Performance Management

Continuous improvement in the workplace requires that we have people that are continually learning. This one-day workshop examines the blocks to change, strategies for overcoming these blocks and a 10-point plan for effective performance management. This workshop will provide the delegates the opportunity to plan discussions with their staff in a structured and non-confrontational manner that will provide a positive platform for the development of their staff.

Course Description 

This is a one-day workshop that enables the delegates to practice a number of newly learned skills in a safe environment using a series of structured exercises. The course has a balance of instructor lead sessions followed by exercises designed to maximise the delegates learning experience.

Pre-Requisites

Whilst there are no formal pre-requisites for this course, experience of performance reviews and performance management will be an advantage.
