Managing Change

“If we always do what we’ve always done, we’ll always get what we’ve always got”

Continuous improvement involves varying levels of change and that is why change has become a continuous feature of modern life. One of the most difficult to manage, has issues of communication, people’s perceptions and blocks to change that need to be understood and navigated. Whilst there is little we can do to change the characters involved, we can adopt a strategy that ensures that blockages to change are minimised.

Course Description

This one-day course examines the human interaction with change, the differences between individuals and how to minimise the impacts of those differences in the change effort. With a balance of instructor lead sessions and delegate exercises, this course looks at the most common issues that need to be overcome and suggests some strategies that can be employed to overcome the blockages that often result.

The Learning Gain
