Customer Focused Engineering (CFE) is a planning tool for translating customer needs, wants and expectations into appropriate company measurables. CFE identifies customer driven significant items on which to focus time, product improvement efforts and other resources, leading to greater customer satisfaction and a faster time to market. Course Description The course is both practical and participative. Delegates will take part in a case study, which explores each phase of CFE and the links to other quality tools and methodologies.
