Advanced Quality Planning - (AQP)

The purpose of Advanced Quality Planning is to ensure that, when organisations are designing a new product or are changing the design of or process surrounding a current product, the program objectives are met in terms of on time delivery, within a budget at at the required quality level.

 

Course Description

This course is structured to allow maximum opportunity for delegates interaction and involvement to maximise the learning experience.

Pre-Requisites

An appreciation of quality management systems would be a distinct advantage in understanding Advanced Quality Planning but not a mandatory requirement for this course.
