The SAS Experience

Sherbourne Associate Services Ltd (SAS) has been trading now for more than two years but because of its associate base, SAS is a mature and experienced company.

The SAS Mission Statement includes the phrase "to completely transfer our skills". This is a key operating value of SAS. For training to be truly effective it must be relevant, timely and cost effective. We believe that the service we offer meets these criteria, in full.

SAS cannot therefore, be considered as 'just another training company'. In fact the depth and breadth of our product offerings provide a firm basis for the development of any individual in many disciplines.

The product range includes:-

Reading Material: SAS do not believe that all training is best suited to an instructor lead classroom style. In fact we believe that the most cost effective way for individuals to achieve awareness is via self-development. To this end we have developed a series of reading materials for individuals to gain an appreciation at a higher level.

Training Courses: Training courses have been developed with the aim of ensuring delegates leave the classroom with the ability to apply the tools and methodologies taught

Training Workshops: Can be held that use a real issue or problem to enable delegates to practice the tool or methodologies under strict observation in a classroom environment.

Application Workshops: Are available for delegates that have some knowledge of the particular tool or methodology. Again, this workshop is run around a real issue or problem in the workplace.

Coaching: One to one or with groups, coaching is intended to provide the business partner with the ability to transfer the skill internally without the need for any further external intervention. This can also be run as a 'Train The Trainer'  program which allows a SAS course to be run internally by the business partner.

SAS are committed to providing the best possible level of service for its business partners at a cost that represents true value. Our beliefs are, that training should never be undertaken for trainings sake alone. We have developed a Flexible Learning Model© that demonstrates this and shows the four areas that we are able to offer training in.
